By using otakusolutions.io, our member portal or any of our programs and services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Otaku Solutions teaches, consults on and builds AI automation. That includes our team programs (AI Education, AI Cowork, AI Automation and Production-Ready Agents), the Membership, the live Cohort, Workshops, Otaku for Teams, Services and the Retainer.

Work for companies is also covered by the proposal or agreement you sign. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

• Give us accurate information.
• Keep your login to yourself. An account is for one person, unless your plan covers a team.
• You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Prices are shown on each offer’s page before you buy. The Membership renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds follow our Refund policy.

• Lessons, templates and recordings are for your own use, or your team’s use under a team plan.
• Don’t resell, republish or share your login to our materials.
• What you build with what you learn is yours.

Be respectful in live sessions and in the member community. We may remove posts, or members, that harass others, spam or break the law.

All content on this website and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, images, course materials and software, belongs to Otaku Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute or make derivative works from it without our written permission.

We teach and build carefully, but results depend on your effort, your tools and your business. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee specific results or uninterrupted access. AI tools can make mistakes, so check their output before you rely on it.

To the extent the law allows, Otaku Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service the claim is about.

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when they’re posted on this page, and the date at the top will change. If you keep using our services after that, you accept the new terms.
