Ask within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full.
After 14 days you can cancel any time. You won’t be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t refund partial periods.
Live Cohort
Ask any time before the kickoff session and we’ll refund you in full. Once the cohort has started, payments aren’t refundable.
Team programs, Workshops, Services and the Retainer
These are covered by the proposal or agreement you sign, including its refund and cancellation terms.
How to ask for a refund
Email billing@otakusolutions.io from the address you bought with, and include your order number if you have it. Refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
