Approved affiliates get a personal link and a dashboard with their clicks, sales and earnings. Free courses, tutorials and workshops stay free for everyone, so they don’t earn a commission.

Tell us the company, the contact, what they need and how you know them. Register it before the sales process is underway; mentioning Otaku in passing isn’t a referral.
We review it
We check we aren’t already working on it, then accept it or ask you for more information.
We sell it and do the work
We run the call, scope the work and deliver it. You hear from us at each step.
You’re paid
When the client pays, your commission is approved and paid out.
Partners: what you earn
Our starting partner rate is 40% on qualifying business, paid on the revenue we actually collect.

Affiliates share a link and earn on Membership and Cohort pass sales. Partners register client opportunities and earn when those clients become customers.
No. Self-referrals don’t earn a commission.
The commission on that payment is reversed. Every commission is approved before it’s paid out.
The first valid registration we accept gets the credit. If we’re already working on that opportunity, the referral usually isn’t eligible.
Yes, if you’re bringing us a new opportunity we weren’t already working on.
No. Each commission belongs to one sale and its time limit: 12 months for Membership, 3 months for the Retainer, one-time for the Cohort pass and one-time work.
The full program terms, including payout timing, are shared when you’re approved.
